About Us
Steve Croukamp
Director & Principal Consultant
Steve brings over 28 years of UK construction experience, with a particular focus on existing residential buildings, fire safety, remediation and Building Safety Regulator (BSR) engagement.
Steve holds a National Diploma in Construction Supervision and the CIOB Level 6 Certificate in Fire Safety for Construction, achieved with Merit. His approach combines practical construction knowledge with a strong understanding of the evidence and management arrangements required to support building safety.
Our experience includes:

Supporting clients in securing more than five Building Assessment Certificates for existing higher-risk residential buildings.

Planning and managing over 20 external wall remediation schemes for higher-risk residential buildings, while representing clients throughout the process.

Supporting the successful resolution of a regulatory matter concerning proposed Accountable Person responsibilities, resulting in the relevant notice being withdrawn.

Providing annual fire risk assessments in accordance with BS 9792:2025 for over 40 registered higher-risk buildings.
